This herbal tea will accompany you during your first trimester of pregnancy.
Ginger and lemon balm are great for nausea, lemon soothes an upset stomach, and dandelion works in combination to help support the liver and kidneys. A delicious spicy and lemony blend that will help you keep your heart in its place.
To be enjoyed from the beginning of pregnancy whenever nausea is felt. This herbal tea can be consumed throughout pregnancy, if necessary.
Tip: Your nausea is gone and you still have some left? Keep it and serve it when you or another member of your entourage feels smeared, after a rich meal or an alcohol intake (except pregnancy for this point, it goes without saying!).
Let infuse 2 tbsp. in a cup of water for 10 minutes. Drink as often as necessary, from the start of pregnancy.

Warning: Do not use in case of glaucoma and medication with hypnotic effect.

How to take your measurements
- Bust: measure the circumference, under the arms the fullest part of the chest;
- Waist: measure the circumference of the narrowest part of your waist;
- Hip: measure the circumference of the fullest part of the hips and buttocks.
