Once your order has been posted, you will receive a shipping notification by email with a tracking number. For residents of Quebec and Ontario, a delay of 2 to 5 business days is to be expected for the receipt of an order. If your place of residence is elsewhere in Canada, a delivery time of 7 to 10 working days can be expected. We decline all responsibility for any delayed deliveries for reasons unrelated to our work. By default, orders are sent by Purolator delivery service. It is also possible to choose the Canada Post delivery service when finalizing your purchase.

Return Policy: Exchanges and Refunds

You can return a garment whose size or style does not suit you. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of item with invoice. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The returned garment must be in its original conditions, it must not have been worn, washed or altered and must still have its original tag. Shipping charges and sales taxes on delivery are non-refundable.

Please note that only items purchased from this site or in our workshop-boutique are applicable to this return policy. All items purchased through our online store must be returned to our warehouse. It is not possible to make a return via one of our distributors if your items were purchased on our online store.
Clothing can also be returned to our workshop-boutique in Bromont during normal business hours.
Atelier Véronique B is not responsible for items lost in return shipping on the buyer's part.

Any item reduced by fifty percent (50%) or more is considered final sale. We do not accept returns and exchanges on final sale merchandise.

Procedure for exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, you will have to request a return for the items in question and go to the site to place a new order.

Faulty clothes

In case of defective garments or an error on the order, please notify us by email at info@atelierveroniqueb.com and we will send you a prepaid return label for an exchange or a refund.
In the case of a refund, it will be credited to your account within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
