        Processing times, i.e. the time it takes us to prepare your order, are 1 to 10 business days, depending on the immediate availability of our inventory. Added to this are shipping times which vary depending on the sender. Delivery times are detailed when you finalize your order. We understand that you are eager to receive your order, but unfortunately we cannot compete with fast delivery times such as Amazon offers, we are a small business on a human scale and we do our best to ensure that orders leave within 48 hours .

        In Canada, delivery charges apply for all orders under $100 before taxes. In the United States, delivery charges apply for all orders under $100 before taxes and promotions.

        Once your order is posted, you will receive a shipping notification by email with a tracking number. For residents of Quebec and Ontario, a delay of 2 to 5 business days is expected for receipt of an order. If your place of residence is elsewhere in Canada, a delivery time of 7 to 10 business days may be expected. We decline all responsibility for any deliveries delayed for reasons beyond our control. In the event of a delay in delivery, we endeavor to notify consumers.

        By default, orders are sent by Purolator delivery service. It is also possible to choose the Canada Post delivery service when finalizing your purchase.

        Return policy: exchanges and refunds

        You can return a garment whose size or style does not suit you. Returns must be made within 10 days of the date the item is received with the invoice. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The returned garment must be in its original conditions, it must not have been worn, washed or altered and must still have its original label. Shipping charges and sales taxes on delivery are non-refundable.

        Please note that only items purchased from this site or in our boutique workshop are applicable to this return policy. All items purchased through our online store must be returned to our warehouse. It is not possible to make a return via one of our distributors if your items were purchased on our online store.
        Clothes can also be returned to our Bromont workshop-boutique during normal opening hours.
        Atelier Véronique B is not responsible for items lost in return shipping by the buyer.

        Any item reduced by fifty percent (50%) or more is considered final sale. We do not accept returns and exchanges on final sale merchandise.

        To make a return or exchange, please contact us by email before making your return at: indicating:

        • The order number;

        • The name and description of the item;

        • The reason for the return;

        Procedure for exchanges

        If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to request a return for the items in question and go to the site to place a new order.

        Defective clothing

        In the event of defective clothing or an error on the order, please notify us by email at and we will send you a prepaid return label for an exchange or refund.
        In the case of a refund, this will be charged to your account within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

        Creative Design

        The entire creative process is carried out at the Atelier, located in the heart of nature in the city of Bromont. From the design of the patterns to the tailoring, everything is done on site. In addition, being passionate about drawing and graphic design, the owner designs all her patterns, of exclusive creation, which adds this unique aspect to each garment. Designs are continuously printed on rolls of fabric by a local printer.
