Returns and Exchanges Policy
You may return an item if the size or style doesn't suit you. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the item, along with the invoice. The returned garment must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its original tag intact. Shipping fees and sales taxes on delivery are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange a product, you must initiate a return request for the items in question and place a new order on the website.
Please note that only items purchased from this website or our studio boutique are eligible for this return policy.
Garments can also be returned to our Bromont Studio Boutique during normal opening hours.
Atelier Véronique B is not responsible for items lost during the return transportation by the buyer.
Any item discounted by fifty percent (50%) or more is considered a final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise or items from the "Clearance" collection.
Instructions for Submitting a Return Request
Click on the profile icon in the store navigation (located at the top of the homepage), then request a return.
Log in to your account: enter your email address in the "Email" field; the email address must be the same as the one used to place your order. Click "Continue."
Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. Note: The email containing the verification code may end up in your "Spam" folder.
Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code. Click on the order for which you want to request a return.
If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
Choose a reason for the return and add a note for the store.
Click "Request a Return." If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund. The return fee for any item is $7.95, which will be deducted from your refund.
In the case of a defective garment or an order error, please notify us by email at email@example.com, and we will send you a prepaid return label for an exchange or refund.
Refunds will be credited to your account within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
