Repairs
You can bring your clothes to our shop from Wednesday to Friday during opening hours. Please note that we do not sell sewing supplies. If your repair requires a part, such as a zipper, buttons, or any other accessory, you will need to provide it.
Alterations
For length alterations (pants, dresses, sweaters, etc.), you can drop off your clothes at the shop from Wednesday to Friday during opening hours if the measurements have already been taken.
If you would like one of our advisors to take your measurements to ensure an optimal fit, it is necessary to make an appointment in advance.
One appointment corresponds to one garment. If you wish to have several items altered, please book an appointment for each of them.
Turnaround Times
The usual turnaround time for our seamstress service is approximately 2 weeks. As soon as your clothes are ready, we will contact you by phone to let you know.
Depending on the type of alteration or repair requested, an express service may also be offered for an additional fee. Do not hesitate to contact us or visit the shop to check if your request is eligible for express service.
Payment Methods
The seamstress service is an independent service from our clothing store. Payments for alterations and repairs are therefore made separately.
Accepted payment methods for this service are cash and debit card. Please note that credit cards, store gift cards, and other payment methods are not accepted for seamstress services.
