Refund policy

You may return an item if the size or style does not suit you.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and must include the original invoice.

Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered — and with all original tags attached.

Please note that underwear items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping fees and sales taxes on delivery are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to request a return for the item(s) in question and place a new order on our website.

Please note that this return policy applies only to items purchased on this website or at our atelier-boutique.

Instructions for Submitting a Return Request

  1. Click on the profile icon in the store navigation (located at the top of the homepage), then request a return.

  2. Log in to your account: enter your email address in the "Email" field; the email address must be the same as the one used to place your order. Click "Continue."

  3. Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. Note: The email containing the verification code may end up in your "Spam" folder.

  4. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code. Click on the order for which you want to request a return.

  5. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.

  6. Choose a reason for the return and add a note for the store.

  7. Click "Request a Return." If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund. The return fee for any item is $7.95, which will be deducted from your refund.

In the case of a defective garment or an order error, please notify us by email at info@atelierveroniqueb.com, and we will send you a prepaid return label for an exchange or refund.

Refunds will be credited to your account within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
